Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire front-of-house operations, including staff selection, training, and development. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the front-of-house, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Compile variance reports, weekly management reports, and other necessary reports to track revenue and adjust staffing accordingly.
- Conduct training and evaluation of all employees to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and disciplinary action to staff as needed.
- Collaborate with the director and human resources department to make changes, including selection, promotion, demotion, and release of personnel.
- Maintain efficient scheduling to ensure high standards of service while minimizing labor costs.
- Proactively address customer issues to ensure timely corrections.
- Ensure all areas are clean and sanitized as directed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B Director and Human Resources.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Hospitality Management degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of full-service restaurant supervisory experience; multiple venue property experience a plus.
- Alcohol Awareness License and Food Handler's Certification required.
