Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Santa Clara Development Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire front of house operations, including staff selection, training, and development.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the front of house, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.
- Compile variance reports, weekly management reports, and other necessary reports to track daily, weekly, and monthly revenues.
- Conduct training and evaluation of all employees to ensure that established policies and procedures are being followed.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and disciplinary action to all staff as needed.
- Work closely with the director and human resources department to make changes to personnel, including selection, promotion, demotion, and release.
- Maintain an efficient program of scheduling to ensure a high standard of service while minimizing labor costs.
- Proactively address customer issues to ensure that corrections are made when possible.
- Ensure that all areas are clean and sanitized as directed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years full-service restaurant supervisory experience; multiple venue property experience a plus.
- Alcohol awareness license and food handler's certification required.
