Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in our franchise system marketing programs, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional care to our patients and improving their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Program Management
    • Manage all digital marketing and tracking programs, including PPC, paid social, and local digital advertising.
    • Oversee trends and optimizations, communicating with franchisees and vendors as needed.
    • Track and report on marketing program performance.
  • Website Management
    • Contribute to SEO strategy development and implement all SEO efforts.
    • Oversee the brand's web presence, solving any website issues that arise.
    • General website management, including coordination with IT support for website updates.
  • Marketing Automation
    • Optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud setup and usage.
    • Build marketing automations and journeys, measuring success and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to maximize marketing technology software stack.
  • Marketing Department Contributions
    • Provide expertise and input on digital media planning and recommendations for local, regional, and national marketing.
    • Contribute to department reports and updates.
    • Assist with promotions, photo/video shoots, testimonial management, and creative ideas.
    • Contribute to content development and other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the internet marketing/digital industry.
  • Google Analytics and Ads certified.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with website development and management.
  • Goal-oriented, self-directed, and self-motivated within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing, internet marketing, and social media.
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to deliver effective presentations/public speaking.
  • Experience developing effective marketing plans with large and small budgets.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
