Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our team at Vaco. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clients' financial records and performances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Perform general ledger and account reconciliations, and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with regional teams to gather financial results, combine, and consolidate data
  • Analyze inventory, reconcile balance sheets, and create reports to support business decisions
  • Handle bank reconciliations, daily bank updates, and post monthly accrual journal entries, fixed assets, and depreciation
  • Prepare financial reports, supporting schedules, and analyze data to inform business strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, highly preferred
  • Intermediate Excel skills required
