Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all Front Office operations, setting the tone for exceptional guest service
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to your team members
  • Review and balance revenues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist guests with services and requests, always maintaining a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Supervise and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results
  • Meet or exceed service standards, as measured by our Mystery Shopper Survey and guest feedback
  • Manage payroll and expenses, ensuring we stay within budget
  • Ensure all employees follow cash and credit handling procedures
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of management experience in hospitality or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
