Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Control Technician to join our team in Flemington, NJ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, implementing automated system upgrades, and determining best practices for systems control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment such as AC/DC drives and motors, programmable logic controllers, robotics, process controllers, stepper & servo motors, fire protection equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic devices, and plant support equipment.
  • Implement automated system upgrades and improvements.
  • Determine best practices that comply with all corporate, plant, and department safety rules for systems control.
  • Support engineering, production, and maintenance of production, converting, assembly, and packaging equipment; troubleshoot, preventative maintenance, installation, and start-up of new equipment.
  • Create an environment that supports all departments in the attainment of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher AND a minimum of two (2) years of technical experience OR High school diploma/GED AND a minimum of three (3) years of technical experience.
  • Ability to work 1 or more of the following shifts: 1st Shift: M-F; 7am - 3pm, 2nd Shift: M-F; 3pm - 11pm, 3rd Shift: M-F; 11pm - 7am.
  • Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
