  • Maintain accurate records of patient visits, including evaluations, plans, and client responses.
  • Participate in case management conferences to coordinate occupational therapy programs with total care plans.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and family members regarding occupational therapy treatment regimens.
  • Identify patient and family needs for other home health services and make referrals as needed.
Requirements
  • Current valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in occupational therapy.
Working Conditions

This role requires significant manual skills, motor coordination, and finger dexterity. The occupational therapist will work in a fast-paced environment with some exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and human waste.
