Position Overview

12 Oaks Parking, a family-owned enterprise, has been delivering exceptional valet and parking services across the Southeast for over 15 years. We pride ourselves on being a dynamic and adaptable workplace, and we are eager to welcome new talent to our organization.

Work Schedule: Full Time Overnight Shift: Wednesday - Sunday 1:00 AM - 9:00 AM

In this role, you will be stationed at a premier office property in the Midtown Atlanta region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily inspections of the parking facility and stairwells to ensure cleanliness by removing any litter or debris.
  • Perform spot pressure washing in various areas of the property as required.
  • Eliminate grease, oil, and gum stains from surfaces.
  • Regularly clean and maintain signs, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
  • Ensure the valet area, signage, and parking equipment are cleaned on a daily and weekly basis.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift weights exceeding 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Friendly demeanor towards guests and fellow employees.
