Director of Children, Youth and Family Services

United Counseling Services (UCS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Director of Children, Youth and Family Services. This position is responsible for providing overall design, implementation, and supervision of the programming in the Children, Youth, and Family Services Division and the local system of care.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of programs and services for children, youth, and families
Provide administrative supervision and leadership for the division, including staff, programs, and systems of supervision and direction
Collaborate with other directors on agency-wide systems changes for continuous quality improvement
Ensure programs meet State Designated Agency requirements and Center of Excellence accreditation

Requirements:
Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related counseling field
Licensure or on-track for licensure in Vermont as a Social Worker, Psychologist, or Mental Health Professional
Supervisory and management/leadership experience
Valid Driver's License
