Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out product-related tests, recording results, and taking corrective actions in case of nonconformities found. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality of internal parts, which is crucial for meeting customer expectations and maintaining our reputation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Ensuring compliance with specification documents (control plan, test instructions, work plans, etc.)">
  • Conducting inspections and recording results in accordance with control plans">
  • Identifying potential issues and trends based on records">
  • Implementing quarantine procedures for non-conforming and suspicious components and products">
  • Collaborating with departments to initiate and monitor corrective measures">
  • Coordinating scrapping or returning of non-conforming components">
  • Providing training to production employees on quality inspection techniques and boundary sample catalogues">
  • Participating actively in the Line RPS and RPS/8D process as a team member">
  • Ensuring seamless implementation of engineering changes in production (documentation, identification, information)">
  • Conducting product audits as requested and documenting the results accordingly">
  • Supporting measurement and testing activities during PPAP submissions">
  • Exercising authority to halt processes or product deliveries when customer expectations, safety, or environmental risks are compromised">
