Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating our products, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize our proprietary selling process to provide personalized service to customers, including product demonstrations and sales
  • Offer additional financing options to customers, including our credit card and secondary financing programs
  • Stay up-to-date on current promotional offerings and products, and educate customers on their benefits
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, including product placement and marketing updates
  • Partner with store management to resolve customer service issues and enhance overall customer experience
  • Ensure store standards are maintained, including merchandising, marketing, store cleanliness, and safety
  • Process POS transactions accurately, providing information to customers
  • Manage issues professionally and respectfully, modeling behavior that respects employees, peers, and customers
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities, listen effectively, and make correct decisions
  • Accountability and responsibility for actions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines consistently
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with fellow employees, treating all clients with dignity and respect
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to use and operate all equipment required, including iPad, laptop, and furniture assembly
  • Ability to travel, as required, for occasional meetings and conferences
