Supervisory IT Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisory IT Specialist to join our team at the Department of Energy - Agency Wide. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of information technology plans and processes to support our mission.

• Develop and implement IT plans and processes to support the Department of Energy's mission.
• Lead a team of IT professionals in the development and implementation of IT projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
• Develop and manage budgets and resources to support IT projects and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on leading teams and developing and implementing IT plans and processes.
• Strong knowledge of IT security principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
