Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting all customers.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
- Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
- Ensuring a safe and clean shopping environment.
- Managing cash levels in the register during customer transactions.
- Counting and confirming cash transactions accurately.
- Verifying customer age for alcohol and tobacco purchases.
- Performing any additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in cash handling is preferred but not mandatory.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Dependable transportation is necessary.
- Ability to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb as needed.
- Capability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly, without assistance.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
