Job Summary

The On-Site Staffing Assistant will provide administrative support to our clients and talent at their worksite location. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding and client orientations for new hires.
  • Perform background checks, drug screenings, and reference verifications as needed.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams on important issues like workers' compensation and finance.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Conduct administrative tasks, including scanning and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for resolving issues and building rapport.
  • A multitasker who thrives in a dynamic environment while keeping everything organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word, with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in conversational English and Spanish.

Salary Range:$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
