About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Team Coordinator to join our team at SSM Health. This is a full-time, evening shift position with a salary range of $82,000 - $108,000 per year, based on experience.
Job Summary:This role will provide leadership and coordination of unit staffing while ensuring implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Assigns, directs, educates, and monitors nursing and support staff during assigned shifts.
- Evaluates daily patient care needs and develops and distributes patient care assignments.
- Collaborates with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
- At least one year of registered nurse experience.
- The ability to lift/carry objects weighing 0-25 lbs and occasionally lift/move patients.
