The Army National Guard is seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Laboratory Specialist, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases by performing clinical tests on blood, tissue, and body fluids.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a range of clinical laboratory procedures, including hematology, immunohematology, clinical chemistry, serology, bacteriology, parasitology, and urinalysis.
- Collect blood specimens by venipuncture and capillary puncture, and pack, unpack, inspect, store, and distribute blood products.
- Assemble, disassemble, and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.

- Interest in biology, chemistry, and algebra, with a strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures.
