Job Opportunity

Denovo Review is seeking an ambitious attorney to join its team in the role of Insurance Defense Attorney - Hybrid. The ideal candidate will have a passion for insurance defense litigation and a strong background in managing complex caseloads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage significant caseloads from inception to post-trial, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases.
  • Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials, representing clients with confidence and expertise.
  • Prepare and file pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents, demonstrating strong research and writing skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on case status and activities.
  • Travel to various courthouses and locations, as needed, to represent clients and attend court proceedings.
  • Meet monthly billing requirements, ensuring accurate and timely submission of hours worked.
Requirements
  • Must be a Good Standing Member of the Florida Bar.
  • Excellent academic credentials, including a strong undergraduate and law school record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience using process management systems and technology.
  • Knowledge of Time Matters, Juris, and Acuity is a plus, but not required.
