Job Title: Insurance Defense Attorney

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As a key member of our insurance defense team, you will be responsible for handling complex insurance defense cases, working closely with our clients to understand their needs, and providing expert legal advice to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

* Handle complex insurance defense cases, including civil and criminal trials
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert legal advice
* Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop effective defense strategies
* Collaborate with support staff to manage caseloads and ensure timely completion of tasks
* Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance law and regulations

Requirements:

* Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school
* Active license to practice law in Florida and membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
* 3+ years of experience in insurance defense or a related field
* Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
