Job Opportunity

Litchfield Cavo LLP, a premier insurance coverage and litigation defense law firm, is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. With 23 offices across the country, we provide creative and responsive service to our clients.

As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a caseload involving substantial litigation defense, including workers compensation cases. Your duties will include drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda, conducting legal research, and preparing for depositions and court appearances.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of defense litigation experience
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to move from case to case
  • Knowledge of state and federal court procedures
  • Proficiency with MS Office and internet navigation
