Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Job Description

The Licensed Clinician will be responsible for providing patient care in a supportive and therapeutic environment. Essential tasks include:

  • Securing a biopsychosocial history from the patient and relevant family members/others, assessment and ongoing monitoring of mental status, recording of findings and diagnostic determinations
  • Evaluating mental health care needs of the patient and developing a plan to meet these needs
  • Making appropriate referrals for medical and psychiatric evaluations
  • Making appropriate referrals for needed community supports
  • Providing appropriate, best practice clinical interventions to address patient's mental health needs
  • Maintaining current billing and clinical medical records to ensure data is entered appropriately and accurately in accordance with A New Leaf Therapeutic Services PLLC's policies and procedures

This is a part-time/full-time opportunity with hours of operation from 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctoral degree in a related field, licensure by the North Carolina Board, and experience working with children, teens, adults, and families.
