Job Overview

The Substance Use Professional will work as part of our Community Support Team at SouthLight Healthcare, dedicated to delivering high-quality substance use treatment and mental health services.

Key aspects of this role include developing and implementing effective treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing regular check-ins and progress updates.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and coordinate team efforts.
Qualifications
  • Relevant professional experience, preferably in substance use treatment and mental health services.
  • Possession of CCS, LCAS, LCAS-A or CADC certification is essential.
Benefits
  • A salary range of $22.60-$23.50 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus and ongoing training opportunities.
  • Monthly reimbursement for clinical supervision, up to $200 for full-time employees or $100 for part-time employees.
