We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Claims Processor to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Medical Claims Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of medical claims and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with insurance agents and beneficiaries to resolve claim-related issues.
- Prepare and review claim forms and related documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Verify claim submissions and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
- Record and maintain insurance policy and claims information in a database system.
- Determine policy coverage and calculate claim amounts.
- Process claim payments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
