About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers. You will work closely with our customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Understand customers' financial needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Work closely with customers to open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications
  • Develop a deep understanding of our bank's products and services to connect customers with the right solutions
  • Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build trust
  • Provide options for bank products and services to customers
  • Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed
Requirements
  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
  • Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options
  • Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate
  • Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs
  • Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members
