Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs): Create and implement tailored education plans for students with special needs, taking into account their unique learning requirements and abilities.
- Differentiate Instruction: Adapt teaching methods to meet the varying learning capabilities of students, ensuring that each student receives a high-quality education.
- Utilize Instructional Techniques and Technologies: Employ a range of teaching methods and technologies to engage students in meaningful learning experiences, promoting academic growth and development.
- Assess Student Progress: Regularly evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly, ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed.
- Collaborate with Educators and Specialists: Work closely with general education teachers, counselors, and other specialists to support student learning and development, promoting a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
- Communicate with Parents/Guardians: Regularly update parents/guardians on student progress and goals, fostering a strong partnership between home and school.

- Strong Understanding of IEP Development and Implementation: Possess a strong understanding of IEP development and implementation, ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed.

- Experience with Assistive Technology and Adaptive Equipment: Have experience working with assistive technology and adaptive equipment, promoting student access to education.
- Knowledge of Behavior Management Techniques and Positive Behavior Support Strategies: Possess knowledge of behavior management techniques and positive behavior support strategies, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
