  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to inform clinical decision-making

Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a behavioral health organization
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
