Key Responsibilities:
- Direct communication with assigned customers/key accounts to ensure timely and efficient order processing
- Close coordination with our production facility and suppliers to optimize delivery schedules and inventory levels
- Generating order-related reports from our computer system to track and analyze customer orders
- Maintaining accurate customer and supplier databases to ensure seamless communication and order fulfillment
- Creating and reviewing invoices to ensure timely payment and accurate billing
- Managing and optimizing delivery schedules to meet customer expectations and company goals
- Organizing agreed upon delivery quantities with customers and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient order processing
- Conducting necessary transactions for consignment and external storage to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and suppliers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve order-related issues and optimize delivery schedules
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
