Department Overview

The Customer Experience Operations (CXO) team is pivotal in representing our company to customers. Our focus is on resolving inquiries, preventing future issues, and promoting our services through attentive voice and chat interactions.

Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be an essential resource for customers seeking assistance with billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting. Your role will involve:
  • Providing solutions to a range of customer inquiries, from simple questions to complex issues.
  • Promoting our products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and value.
  • Engaging with a diverse clientele to address their needs and technical challenges.

Work Schedule

Our representatives enjoy a structured schedule with at least two consecutive days off. You will support customers during operational hours, with two shift options available: 8-hour shifts over five days or 10-hour shifts over four days. Flexibility is required, including availability on weekends and holidays, with potential schedule adjustments every 12-15 weeks.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive starting pay of $15.50 per hour, with an additional $2 per hour for weekend and evening shifts. After completing an apprenticeship, you will receive a 10% increase in your starting rate. Additional benefits include:

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • At least six months of relevant customer service experience.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.

Essential Skills

All candidates must demonstrate:
  • Strong engagement on calls with minimal distractions.
  • Excellent attendance and reliability.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple applications while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and/or G-suite.

Compensation Structure
