Job Overview

GE Renewable Energy Power and Aviation is in search of experienced Pilot in Command candidates for our fleet, including HA-420 and EMB-550 aircraft, operating under Part 91 regulations. Our organization maintains a strong commitment to safety and excellence, operating primarily within domestic airspace with occasional international flights. Our pilots enjoy a balanced schedule with minimal weekend or overnight commitments, ensuring a focus on safety and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Duties:
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers on board.
  • Conduct flights in a secure and professional manner, adhering to company policies and federal aviation regulations.
  • Oversee the maintenance status of aircraft and liaise with maintenance teams.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of trips and flights with dispatch and crew members.
  • Assess weather conditions and operational requirements for each flight.
  • Engage with passengers to guarantee their safety and comfort.
  • Collaborate effectively with all members of the Flight Operations Team.
  • Exhibit humility, transparency, and a focused approach in all tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in the aviation sector.
  • Possession of an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.
  • Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Willingness to relocate if necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. Sponsorship for employment visas is not available for this position.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Strong collaborative spirit and commitment to excellence.
  • Familiarity with Safety Management System (SMS) concepts and software.
  • A minimum of 4,000 hours of total flight time.
  • At least 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command in turbine aircraft.
  • Experience with HA-420 and/or EMB-550 aircraft.
  • Proactive self-starter with exceptional communication abilities.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels.
