GE Renewable Energy Power and Aviation is in search of experienced Pilot in Command candidates for our fleet, including HA-420 and EMB-550 aircraft, operating under Part 91 regulations. Our organization maintains a strong commitment to safety and excellence, operating primarily within domestic airspace with occasional international flights. Our pilots enjoy a balanced schedule with minimal weekend or overnight commitments, ensuring a focus on safety and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Core Duties:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers on board.
- Conduct flights in a secure and professional manner, adhering to company policies and federal aviation regulations.
- Oversee the maintenance status of aircraft and liaise with maintenance teams.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of trips and flights with dispatch and crew members.
- Assess weather conditions and operational requirements for each flight.
- Engage with passengers to guarantee their safety and comfort.
- Collaborate effectively with all members of the Flight Operations Team.
- Exhibit humility, transparency, and a focused approach in all tasks.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in the aviation sector.
- Possession of an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- Willingness to relocate if necessary.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. Sponsorship for employment visas is not available for this position.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
- Strong collaborative spirit and commitment to excellence.
- Familiarity with Safety Management System (SMS) concepts and software.
- A minimum of 4,000 hours of total flight time.
- At least 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command in turbine aircraft.
- Experience with HA-420 and/or EMB-550 aircraft.
- Proactive self-starter with exceptional communication abilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels.
