Job Overview

Procter & Gamble is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot to join our team. As a Pilot, you will be responsible for the safe transport of company personnel and their guests on domestic flights. You will work closely with our flight planning vendor and scheduling team to ensure all trip aspects meet regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will lead fellow crew members using Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills to build highly functioning, mission-oriented teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement flight plans to ensure safe and efficient transportation of personnel and guests.
  • Collaborate with the flight planning vendor and scheduling team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage crew members to achieve high levels of performance and teamwork.
  • Assume command responsibility for the aircraft and crew, and be operationally responsible to the Chief Pilot.
  • Participate in future planning, training, and management teams to drive business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (required).
  • Licenses: ATP and aircraft-specific type rating(s), Valid automobile driver's license, Valid U.S. Passport, English Proficient.
  • Medical: FAA Class I Medical Certificate.
  • Must hold an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (required).
  • 2,500 hours total time for hire as a First Officer (required).
  • Must currently hold FAA First Class Medical Certificate (required).
  • 3,500 hours total time for hire as a Captain.
  • 500 hours multi-engine, turbine for hire as a First Officer.
  • 1000 hours multi-engine turbine PIC for hire as a Captain.
  • Gulfstream G650 and/or Bombardier Challenger 300/350 Type Rating (preferred).
Compensation: $192,400-$272,000 per year.
