About the Unit

The Medical Telemetry Unit is a high-acuity unit that cares for patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with medical and surgical conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have at least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical or surgical unit. You must also be able to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
