We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical Telemetry Unit at ChristianaCare. As a Registered Nurse in this unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

About the Unit

The Medical Telemetry Unit is a high-acuity, bedside telemetry unit with an open admission structure. We care for a diverse surgical and medical patient population, and our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our patients and families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs and lab results
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Document patient information and progress in the electronic medical record
Requirements

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with at least one year of Medical/Surgical experience. You must be able to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by our organization's practices.
