Job Title: Medical Telemetry Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our 5N Medical Telemetry Unit at ChristianaCare. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to adult patients facing acute illnesses.

About the Role

As a Medical Telemetry Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for managing 5 medical patients per shift and working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care. You will engage in a relationship-based care model, building relationships with patients, families, and peers, guided by our values of love and excellence.

Unit Overview

Our 5N Medical Telemetry Unit is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, caring for patients with a wide range of diagnoses, including pneumonia, COPD, HF, stroke, and more. You will work in private and semi-private rooms, providing individualized care to each patient.
