Job Summary:

Bay Cove Human Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in providing recovery-oriented supportive counseling to residents with varying levels of impairment from substance use and mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group counseling to residents, developing and implementing therapeutic treatment plans in the framework of recovery.
  • Contribute to Bay Cove's mission by partnering with individuals in their recovery journey and improving their quality of life.
  • Maintain resident records in compliance with agency and funder requirements.
  • Complete high-quality assessments and treatment plans for assigned residents within expected timeframes.
  • Provide at least five hours of evidence-based clinical treatment programming each week.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS or minimum four years' experience in substance use and behavioral health.
  • CADAC/LADAC or equivalent preferred, or actively pursuing certification.
  • Experience in individual and group counseling.
  • Prior knowledge of the field of substance abuse.
  • Knowledge of modality-specific issues, such as substance abuse, homelessness, trauma, and other co-occurring disorders.
