Job Overview

Weinstein Properties is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and prospects, ensuring a seamless leasing experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process leasing applications and lease paperwork
  • Provide tours of our communities and answer prospect inquiries
  • Offer excellent customer service to residents, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Work closely with maintenance to ensure timely completion of work orders
  • Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs, including processing security deposits
  • Post rent payments and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Plan and host resident activities to foster a sense of community
Requirements
