Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement community outreach programs, special events, and activities to promote our services and engage with the community.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, businesses, non-profits, government agencies, and educational institutions to identify opportunities for outreach and engagement.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports on outreach activities, including participant follow-up, networking, and program-related materials.
- Provide education and support to community members on available services and make referrals as needed.
- Assist in the organization of special events, including community events, workforce events, training events, and resource fairs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong experience in program development and implementation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
