About the Job

We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious individual to operate our vans and provide transportation services to residents and patients. The successful candidate will have a valid driver's license and be able to work effectively with others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, following all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any issues or concerns to management.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and patients, ensuring their comfort and safety during transportation.
  • Assist with loading and unloading passengers, using wheelchair lifts as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license issued by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.
  • At least 25 years of age and passing a motor vehicle screen.
  • Preferred but not required: Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification.
  • Ability to deal effectively and patiently with others, including residents and patients with special needs.
  • Ability to lift weights of up to 40-60 pounds.
