Transportation Coordinator

Regency Integrated Health Services is a leading provider of healthcare services, and we are seeking a skilled Van Driver to join our team. The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the JobWe are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious individual to operate our vans and provide transportation services to residents and patients. The successful candidate will have a valid driver's license and be able to work effectively with others.
Key Responsibilities- Operate company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, following all traffic laws and regulations.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any issues or concerns to management.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and patients, ensuring their comfort and safety during transportation.
- Assist with loading and unloading passengers, using wheelchair lifts as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Valid driver's license issued by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.
- At least 25 years of age and passing a motor vehicle screen.
- Preferred but not required: Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification.
- Ability to deal effectively and patiently with others, including residents and patients with special needs.
- Ability to lift weights of up to 40-60 pounds.
