We are excited to offer a new role as a Transportation Coordination Manager, with an estimated annual salary of $62,000 - $72,000, based on experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our team. Shift hours are Monday to Friday, 10am - 6:30pm.

Key Accountabilities
  • Managing a team to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Coordinating the schedule of a shipping company or a group of drivers.
  • Ensuring that data related to deliveries and shipments of freight are entered timely into tracking software.
  • Negotiating and arranging transport of goods with shipping or freight companies.
  • Providing problem-resolution effectively and in a timely manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:A high school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency.Basic computer skills.Detail-oriented.Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.Professional, driven, and results-oriented.LTL, Local, and Linehaul Knowledge.Excellent time management.Deadline-driven thorough knowledge of the LTL and Linehaul.
