Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain core operational standards and communication pathways for the Global Content Operations team, ensuring a cohesive strategy that leverages our international presence.

  • Oversee the support of the global content platform, promoting a collaborative culture and a user-centric approach across our international operations.
  • Implement processes to guarantee that our team, systems, and partners consistently meet their SLAs.
  • Lead projects focused on integrating new technologies, applications, and partner workflows into our platform, aimed at enhancing our service offerings.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with infrastructure and technical teams, fostering a deep understanding of deployment standards and methodologies.
  • Set benchmarks for system documentation and knowledge sharing within the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, particularly in Media/Digital Asset Management, Cloud, and On-Premise deployments.
  • Proven expertise in managing daily operations with vendors and support providers, including negotiating and enforcing SLAs for Media Asset Management workflows.
  • Extensive experience with globally distributed technology stacks and teams, particularly in infrastructure, engineering, and development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management and teams.
  • Proficient in creating detailed technical documentation, user guides, and user acceptance testing specifications.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong inclination for taking initiative.
  • In-depth knowledge of SOAP, REST, JMS, and PUB/SUB patterns, along with solid understanding of Java SE, Java EE, XML, XML Schema, XSD, XSLT/XPath, and JSON technologies.
  • Expertise in Notion, AirTable, and Tableau.
  • Passionate about exploring innovative technologies and implementing cutting-edge processes.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with integrations involving M.A.M., D.A.M., CMS, and VCMS platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with AWS solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable about current and emerging streaming media technologies, including MPEG 4 AVC, HEVC, HLS, MPEG-DASH, MPEG 2, UDP, RTMP, and H.265.
  • Experience with the Iconik Media Management system.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, multi-team projects successfully.
