Job Summary:

The Registered Dietitian is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for developing and implementing nutrition services programs that meet the needs of our participants. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments to determine participant needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the IDT to ensure seamless delivery of nutrition services and effective communication with participants and families.
  • Oversee menu planning and meal delivery programs to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Direct and mentor nutrition staff to ensure high-quality care and effective team performance.
  • Guide the intake and enrollment process to ensure timely and efficient participant onboarding.
Requirements:
  • Registered Dietitian with at least four years of experience directing nutrition services in a similar setting.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/First Aid Certification required.
  • Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills, with a proven track record of success in similar settings.
  • At least one year of experience working with frail or elderly populations preferred.
