We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Provide prompt and accurate customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide recommendations to meet their needs.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication and follow-up with customers.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; insurance license preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
