About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication and follow-up with customers.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Bilingual - Spanish required.
  • Active Property & Casualty license and/or Life and Health license (if only one, must be willing to obtain the other within 90 days).
