We are looking for a candidate who is ready to engage in various construction evaluation tasks and contribute to our mission of excellence.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and prepared to undertake a range of construction inspections, ensuring quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections of pavement and flatwork.
  • Oversee land development and stormwater management evaluations.
  • Draft comprehensive reports and specifications.
  • Engage in research, due diligence, and application submissions.
  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Address field issues and modifications in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Manage change orders, including negotiation, preparation, and execution.
  • Coordinate project scheduling and ensure successful project close-outs.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to operate effectively in dynamic work environments and under varying temperature conditions.
  • Capable of devising innovative and practical solutions based on thorough evaluations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • One to three years of relevant experience in construction or related fields.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
