Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately finalize repair orders in a timely manner.

- Assess repair orders to confirm completion of work and ensure all additional tasks and authorizations are documented.

- Verify that all technician comments are precise and relevant.


- Ensure that parts used in operations are accurate (foremen may need to oversee this based on their experience), and confirm that parts personnel validate parts billed.

- Enter or modify technician time in the business system for non-warranty repairs, based on foreman notes on repair orders.

- Ensure that machine charges, oil, gear oil, other supplies, and subcontracted repairs are correctly billed and documented on repair orders.

- Generate customer summaries of repair orders. Communicate with customers to inform them that repairs are completed. Clarify the work performed and all associated charges.

- Acquire customer purchase orders when required.

- Secure credit authorizations when necessary.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).

- At least one month of service experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
