Position Summary:
We are currently looking for a reliable and meticulous Cleaning Operations Specialist. This full-time role is situated at a single location and follows a Monday to Friday schedule. The ideal candidate will possess a strong dedication to cleanliness, a robust work ethic, and the capability to work autonomously to ensure a pristine environment.
Key Duties:
- Execute daily cleaning responsibilities, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces.
- Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas.
- Restock essential supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and report any maintenance concerns to the supervisor.
- Utilize janitorial equipment such as floor buffers and carpet cleaners.
- Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety measures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Assist with special projects and thorough cleaning tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in janitorial or custodial positions is advantageous.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of stooping, bending, and reaching as required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage: $20-$22/hour based on experience.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
- Location: On-site role.
