We are seeking an experienced Energy Billing Expert to join our team at Sapphire Enterprises. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for all billing-related preparations, including the creation of consumption bills for our sales and network customers.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and create consumption bills for our sales and network customers.
  • Be well-versed in GPKE/GeLi and WiM, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the point of contact for any legal changes in billing.
  • Implement market communication requirements in Schleupen.
  • Create and prepare evaluations from our billing systems (Schleupen 2.0 & 3.0).
  • Accompany the annual financial statements and carry out the revenue forecast, as well as the audit with the auditor.
  • Be a key user in handling Schleupen 2.0 and 3.0, and convey content to your colleagues.
Your Profile
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship.
  • You have knowledge of the Schleupen program.
  • You come from the energy industry and have already gained experience in market communication and billing.
  • You are proficient in MS Excel.
  • You have a process-oriented way of thinking and working, as well as a high focus on quality.
  • You are characterized by teamwork and initiative.
