About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist Plant Mechanic to join our team at Salt River Project (SRP). As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of electric energy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on power plant equipment and facilities.
  • Conduct predictive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Operate and maintain lifting equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve operational goals.
Requirements
  • Completion of an appropriate apprenticeship program or equivalent.
  • Valid Arizona driver's license.
  • Appropriate respirator medical certification, fit test, and training.
  • Physical agility test and SRP Plant Mechanic Job Knowledge Test.
