WHAT WE SEEK:

We are looking for a dynamic Property Leasing Consultant to join our vibrant team in a scenic community. This is a Full-Time | Hourly position | Working Friday through Tuesday from 8 am to 5 pm | Comprehensive Benefits included

Compensation: $23.00 / Hour

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and have a solid understanding of basic computer operations and internet applications.

• As a leasing consultant, you are passionate about helping individuals find their ideal home.
• You aim to provide exceptional service and create a positive impression on every interaction.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can utilize your sales expertise and communication skills to generate leases and leads.
• Experience in outreach marketing and the ability to understand pricing models is advantageous.
• Familiarity with word processing, property management software, and leasing management systems is required.
• Weekend availability is necessary.
