**Key Responsibilities**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Directing customers to the correct department or representative
  • Assisting sales managers with administrative tasks and projects
  • Working collaboratively with sales and other internal teams to achieve common goals
  • Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve issues and provide solutions

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
