About the Role:

This position is designed for professionals who are passionate about providing comprehensive care to individuals facing complex psychiatric and substance use challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments, offering precise diagnoses and effective crisis interventions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within the Psychiatric Evaluation Center to ensure holistic patient management.
  • Perform safety and risk evaluations for individuals presenting in emergency situations.
  • Assess and triage patients experiencing acute suicidal ideation.
  • Provide occasional coverage for inpatient psychiatric care as needed.
  • Offer psychiatric consultation services on an as-needed basis.
  • Administer and oversee treatment protocols, including Ketamine and Esketamine therapies.
  • Deliver Electric Convulsive Therapy (ECT) as part of treatment options.

Work Schedule: This position operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call responsibilities as required.
