We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Project Lead to support our global client's major Digital Transformation initiative. As a key contributor, you will establish structure, build processes, and implement governance and best practices to align commercial and implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Digital Transformation initiatives, focusing on operational excellence and continuous improvement while fostering collaboration between commercial and implementation teams.
- Develop and implement project governance frameworks from the ground up, ensuring best practices across cross-functional teams.
- Set up and manage the right forums to facilitate teamwork and strengthen relationships between internal stakeholders in Procurement, Finance, Compliance, IT, and other shared services.
- Act as a mediator between commercial and implementation teams to align objectives and drive efficiency.
- Apply Lean-Six Sigma and change management methodologies to enhance processes and foster continuous improvement.
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability in an evolving project environment while developing and enhancing business processes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in Project Management with a focus on governance building, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and change management.
- Ability to establish and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, risk management, and efficiency.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build cross-functional collaboration and resolve conflicts in a business-facing environment.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, supporting regional teams across North and South America.
- Expertise in Lean-Six Sigma, change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR), and business process improvement.
- Experience managing corporate shared services environments globally.
